Areas of Interest

Jhane's areas of interest have developed through her experience in early learning and education, where she worked for eight years while studying child development and business. Her career direction shifted when she chose to be more present in supporting her young children as they navigated their school education and as she developed a deeper understanding of their neurodiversity.

This strengthened her understanding of the importance of building strong foundations early in life and how significantly these foundations can influence a person's future. From there, Jhane moved into the disability sector, where she has continued to grow within the industry and found a role and organisation that align with her values and beliefs.

Jhane has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. She recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Education, majoring in Autism, and values the way evidence-based strategies can meaningfully contribute to a person's quality of life.

What do you enjoy about working at BlueSky Mind Studio?

I enjoy working at BlueSky Mind Studio because it gives me the opportunity to support individuals in building skills, developing persistence, and challenging themselves to achieve what they put their minds to through holistic guidance.

I value celebrating the small wins that others may not always see, while uplifting people to work toward their hopes and dreams and contribute to a positive quality of life.

I also appreciate the values of BlueSky Mind Studio align with my own, creating a space where we can continue to learn, grow, build meaningful connections, and promote strong partnerships every day.
